I have officially finished lineart-ing several pieces (including a president or two), though the coloring process will take some time. However, I have an upcoming 5 day weekend and no Black Friday Shopping plans, so perhaps a picture or two will find its way into your inboxes within the next week(s).

I've been improving my architecture and landscape skills to a point where I feel semi-confident. A little example: [link] (if you're curious as to what the title of the file says, it translates to "Latvian Mittens". Don't ask.)

I've been binging on webcomics lately and have finally decided that I want to take on the project of creating one myself. I've had the same goddamn storyline in my head for the past 4-5 years and because I'm not a great creative writer haven't been able to get it out on paper in words...but pictures are an option. Though I'm afraid I still need to make progress on anatomy, I figured better now or never. I find I'm rarely satisfied with my work to the point that I'm at a stage I want to be at anyway. Besides, it's good practice, right? A GRAND LEARNING EXPERIENCE.

...But the idea is still daunting. Daunting but exciting ;_____;

I guess we'll have to see.

Well, I'm off because I'm heading out to see a stage-adapted version of To Kill a Mockingbird as performed by my fellow classmates. Hopefully the next time you all hear from me will be in the form of a submitted deviation.
